Gortys Forum 2025: At the heart of the dialogue on Democracy and institutions

With a focus on democracy, the rule of law and regional development, the Gortys Forum 2025 opens on Friday, October 17 at the Messara Museum, an initiative of the European Institute for Regional, Development and Social Policies, which aspires to be a modern platform for institutional dialogue and innovation for sustainable development and a fairer society.

The event, which will last until Saturday, October 18, draws its inspiration from the Gortys Code, the oldest surviving code of laws in Europe, conveying the timeless message of justice and citizen participation in the modern era.
